This is a fun treat for the kids and perfect for those big game days!

Ingredients

2 1/4 cup (may need a bit more) of an All Purpose Flour Blend (I used Betty Crocker Rice Flour Blend on this one
2 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp (or 1 packet) of Fast Rising Yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup very warm water (120-130 degrees)
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Pizza toppings
