½ cup sugar

For The Strawberry Lemon Creme:
10 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups mascarpone cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups sliced strawberries washed, dryed, then pureed (1 cup pureed strawberries)
12 additional strawberries for the top
