1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Zest of 1 large orange (2 tbsp)
1 cup chicken broth (3 tbsp reserved)
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
