Ingredients

Serves: 5 (12" Pizzas)

8-10 ripe red medium tomatoes puried
1 onion finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup water
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano or 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
