1 onion (diced)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
¾ cup Marsala cooking wine
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
1lb penne pasta
1 cup parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper (to taste)
½ cup fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
