Ingredients
For the Marinade:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 limes, juiced
1/2 C olive oil
3 T honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t salt
1/8 t freshly ground black pepper
For the Salsa Verde:
10 tomatillos, halved
1 sweet onion, chopped
1/2 C fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, (seeded for less heat or leave some seeds if you prefer the heat) chopped
1/8-1/4 t salt (to taste)
