1/4 maple syrup
2 Tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
1 tsp nutmeg
