4 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp garam masala
:1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
5 green cardamom pods
3 cloves
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
10 fresh tomatoes, blanched and de-seeded
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 cup of heavy cream
salt and chilli pepper to taste
