Easy to make Homemade Fettuccine Alfredo made without cream cheese or cream and you will not believe how good it tastes. I have been making this family recipe all my life.

4 tbs butter or margarine
3 tbs flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cups milk
½ to ¾ a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
or a parmesan cheese blend
