juice of 4 to 5 medium oranges ( about 1 cup of juice)
juice of 2 limes
juice of 2 lemons
4 ounces achiote paste
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 head garlic, peeled and minced
1 onion, peeled and quartered
