Chicken Stock – 1/2 cup
Dry Marsala Wine – 1/4 cup
Dried Thyme – 1/4 tsp, crushed
Plain Flour (Maida) – 2 tblsp
Butter – 1 1/2 to 2 tblsp
Olive Oil – 1/2 tbblsp
Button Mushrooms – 1 cup, chopped
Sambar Onions (Shallots) – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
