4oz (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
½ cup + 2 tbsp heavy cream
1 + 1/3 cups cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 + 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Zest of two lemons
2 cups blueberries
3 tbsp granulated sugar
