Navratan korma is a vegetarian muglai dish made with vegetable, nuts and paneer. Navratan korma consists of two words Navratan and Korma, Navratan means Nine Gems, that show it is made of different nine vegetable or nuts, and korma means vegetable cooked in spiced sauce made with yogurt.

Navratan korma is spicy, nutty and creamy and slightly sweeter gravy.

Onion: 1 Large
Potato: 1 Medium
Tomato puree: 1 cup
Carrot: 1 Medium
Green Bell Pepper: ½ cup (cut into square)
Red Bell pepper: ½ cup (cut into square)
Green peas: ¼ cup
Mushroom : ½ cup
Green beans : ½ cup
Cashews: 1 Tbsp.
Raisins: 1 Tbsp.
Full Red Chilies: 2
Yogurt: 2 Tbsps.
Ginger : 1’’
Garlic: 3 cloves
Red Chilly Powder: ½ tsp
Cumin Powder: 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Kasoori Methi: ½ tsp
Garam Masala: ½ tsp
Milk/ Fresh Cream: 1 cup/ 3 Tbsps
Sugar: 1 Tbsp.
Salt : To taste
Oil : 2 Tbsps.+2 Tbsps.
Cilantro: For garnish
