1 head of cauliflower, rough chopped
3 medium sized yukon gold potatoes, rough chopped
1 cup of goat cheese
¼ of a yellow onion, rough chopped
2 cloves of garlic rough chopped
1 Tablespoon of butter
2 Tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil
½ cup of chopped green onions
1 Tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
High quality Himilayan sea salt and Pepper to taste
