Serves: 2 - 4

300 grams spaghetti
½ pound ground beef
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
8 white mushroom, sliced (optional)
Sherry wine
A pinch of dried oregano
A pinch of dried basil
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Chicken Stock Mixture:
1 cup homemade chicken stock + 2 cup water
156 ml tomato paste (1 can)
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
