Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Onion, chopped

½ cup Red Wine, optional
1 can (15 ounces) Beef or Chicken Broth (both work fine)
2 cups Water, use a little more if you are not using wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
