1 iceberg salad (you can use all lettuces types)
1 glass of milk
1 tbs of corn starch
6 garlic cloves
1/4 lime (or lemon) juice (back then, they were using apple made vinegar)
salt & pepper
about 2 liters of chicken broth (or plain water)
30 grams of butter
2 eggs
