Carrot Cake Bars Quick dessert

A friend served these moist, gentle cake bars at an outdoor celebration, and anybody raved about the taste. Often, I’ll bake a large panful and freeze some for any other day. They’re so properly.
Ingredients
(Yield: 3 dozen)
Three eggs
1¼ cups canola oil
Two cups all-reason flour
Two cups sugar
Two teaspoons floor cinnamon
One teaspoon baking powder
Half teaspoon baking soda
¼ to ½ teaspoon salt
One jar (6 ounces) carrot toddler meals
One box (3½ ounces) apple sauce infant food
One field (three½ oz.) apricot infant food
Half cup chopped walnuts, optionally available
Frosting:
One bundle (eight ounces) cream cheese, softened
Half cup butter, softened
One teaspoon vanilla extract
3¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
