Sungta sukem or Dry gravy of Prawns is one of the authentic Goan recipes . Usually prepared out of medium to small size shrimps(Prawns). This is a basic recipe and tastes very good with rice or chapati.

Ingredients :

200 Grams (medium sized shelled and cleaned) Prawns/shrimps
1 Small onion chopped very fine
2 Slit Green Chillies
Salt to taste
3-4 Kokum
Masala Ingredients:

½ cup Coconut
3-4 Red Chillies
1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds/ Dhania
1 -2 cloves of Garlic
½ inch Ginger
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder/Haldi
½ Teaspoon Garam masala
