Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
3 cups milk
Butter for the pan in which we will make the crepes
1,2 kilos / 2.5 lb chicken breasts skinless, boneless
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
4 zucchinis, cut in cubes
½ cup chicken stock
4 tbsp olive oil
2 to 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 egg, slightly whisked
1 cup juice from the chicken
2 lemons, their juice
2 tbsp corn starch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Salt and pepper
