1 lb fettuccine
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup bacon chopped into 1/2 or 1/4 inch pieces
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp garlic minced
1/2 cup white wine such as Toad Hollow
3 egg yolk large and room temperature.
1 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
1 tbsp parsley fresh and chopped
