A fun sourdough bread recipe -just like the pioneers made!

Starter-
1 cup of warm water
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs instant potato flakes
1 package of dry yeast

Second-
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup warm water
6 cups of bread flour

(Recipe makes 4 loaves of bread)
