Peel the skin of mango and cut into pieces.
Add raw mango pieces, sesame seeds, green chillies and salt in the blender jar.
Grind it to a fine paste. Add water if necessary.
Heat oil in a wok.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and red chillie.
When they splutter add asafoetida. Add this tadka to the above chutney.
Serve raw mango sesame chutney with rice or roti.
