2 C sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 C sweet cream
1 C milk
Recipe makes 24 cupcakes.
5 C powdered sugar
1 C sweet cream
4 TBSP heavy whipping cream
4-5 drops of blue food colouring
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp almond extract
2+C powdered sugar
Blue food colouring
