4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 C sweet cream
1 C milk

5 C powdered sugar
1 C sweet cream
4 TBSP heavy whipping cream
4-5 drops of blue food colouring
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp almond extract
2+C powdered sugar
