1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2-3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

2 cups freshly chopped spinach
6.5 ounce jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
