Ingredients

6.4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion (thinly sliced)
8 chicken drumsticks
2tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp whole coriander
salt
ground black pepper
24.6 oz molasses BIO
1.2 cups white wine
3.5 oz blonde raisins
3.5 oz currants
3.5 oz unsalted pistachio nuts
