3/4 (1 and 1/2 stick/ 160 gr) unsalted butter at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
11/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda

1 kiwi sliced thin
