Chop the cost of this classic combo my making it yourself.


Serves: 50 pieces and 1 cup of Cocktail Sauce
Prep Time: 15 minutes. You can defrost the shrimp while the water is boiling.Cook time:

50 Shrimp, if frozen, defrost them. Slip the tails off. Size 31-40.
1 Lemon
3 quarts Water
2 teaspoons Kosher or Sea Salt
1 cup Ketchup
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon creamed, prepared Horseradish. More or less depending on how much heat you desire
