Ingredients

Serves: 4

For the koftas:
1 cup Cabbage, chopped
1 cup Carrots, chopped
2 cup Potato, boiled
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
2 Green chillies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves(Kasoori Methi)
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
Salt, to taste
¾ cup White Flour (maida)
Oil, to deep fry

For the tomato gravy:
1 cup Onion, roughly sliced
2 cups Tomatoes, roughly sliced
3 tablespoon Curd
1 tablespoon Cornflour in 1 cup water
2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt, to season
2 tablespoon Butter
3 Cinnamon sticks
