2 cups all-purpose flour, + extra for dusting
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp salt
Up to 1/4 cup fine olive oil (sesame oil in original recipe)
2 cups thinly sliced scallion greens
To Cook:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Kosher salt
