Nombu Kanji is an Indian porridge very nutritious made of rice and lentils.Very healthy and filling ,body coolant during Fasting times of Ramadan.One pot soup meal for kids.

Ingredients

Broken raw rice(1/4th cup)
Broken green gram-moong dal(1/4thcup)
Mutton Keema-100 gms(Vegetarians can replace this with carrot,beans and peas)
Chopped Onion-1
Chopped Tomato- 1
Fenugreek seeds(methi seeds)- 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves - 10 twigs
Pudina Leaves - 10 twigs
Coriander powder -1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 tablespoon or as per taste
Curd -1 tablespoon
Garlic cloves - 5 numbers
Lemon -1/2 juice
Coconut milk - 2 tablespoon
Olive oil or any other vegetable oil(2 teaspoon)
Green Chilli -1 or 2 in no.(as per your taste)
Ginger garlic paste _1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
