Ingredients

For the Biscuits:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of heavy cream for the dough
1/4 cup of heavy cream for brushing the biscuits
1 tsp of kosher salt
1/2 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
2 tsp of freshly ground cardamom seeds
2 tsp of baking powder
1 stick of cold unsalted butter

For the tomato filling:
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
1/2 of a red onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of freshly grated ginger
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of olive oil
