2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 egg
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, for frying (can omit if baking)
Chia Marmalade:
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp honey
1/2 Lemon juiced
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (add for a nice kick), more to taste
