1 small red onion
8 oz. feta cheese

Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 large lemon - zested and juiced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper
