Ingredients
Yield: 1 9x 13 inch pan
2 16 oz packages chopped broccoli, steamed or boiled
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken)
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 package of herb stuffing mix (my family uses the Pepperidge Farm Bags)
