Homemade Low Sodium Vegan Veggie Soup

Place tomatoes and garlic clove in food processor (I use my Ninja Blender) and blend to desired consistency then pour in the Crock Pot and add the water.
Add Lo Salt and pepper for taste, you might want to adjust the quantities and taste test as you go.
Chop all of the fresh veggies and place them in the tomato base.
Stir, simmer on low in the Crock Pot for 4 hours.
Serve, eat, and enjoy!

1/2 cup fresh snap peas
1/2 cup water
1 tspn LoSalt
