1 cup finely diced celery
1 cup finely diced carrots
1 cup finely diced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh oregano)
½ teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon dried basil (or ¼ cup chopped fresh basil)
4 cups vegetable broth
¼ cup Earth Balance Buttery Sticks
¼ cup flour
1 cup Plain Almond Milk
½ cup vegan Parmesan cheese (or ¼ cup nutritional yeast)
Salt & Pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
