320g shortcrust pastry (I used shop-bought)
1tbsp oil
250g mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
Black pepper
4 eggs
2tbsp milk
150g mushroom pâté (shop-bought or homemade)
3tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
100g gruyère cheese, grated
