11/2 pounds (675g) thin sliced chicken breasts
1/3 cup (80ml) apple cider
2 TBS lime juice
2 TBS fish sauce
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp dried lemongrass
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
around 20 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
3 to 4 TBS olive oil for cooking
1/2 cup (120g) almond butter
1/2 cup (120ml) full-fat coconut milk
3 TBS apple cider
1 TBS coconut aminos
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
red pepper flakes for garnish, optional
chopped cilantro for garnish, optional
