In the original the serving size is 4 but I changed for 8 because we like shrimp lo mein in my house the site has a but to change the serving size at the top of the ingredients list that's how changed the serving size.

1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds medium shrimp - peeled, deveined, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups sliced green bell pepper
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups snap peas
1 cup onion slices
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 cloves garlic, minced
