2 Slabs of Ribs (preferably Baby Back)
Spice Rub:
1/2 Cup Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Cup Chipolte Powder
1 1/2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
1/4/ Cup Powdered Garlic
1/4 Cup Dried Parsley
Basting Sauce:
2 Cups Apple Cider
1/2 Cup Bourbon (I used American Honey)
1/2 Cup Water
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Bourbon BBQ Sauce:
8 oz. Apple Jelly (apple butter might be good)
1 Cup Barbecue Sauce (I used plain, no flavor)
1/4 Cup Apple Cider
2 TBSP Bourbon
