Serving Size: 2-3

Canola oil spray
1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 cup green beans (chopped)
1/2 cup green peppers (chopped)
1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
1/2 green peas
1 egg omelette (sliced into small pieces)
1 and a half cups day old brown rice ( I used Basmati long grained rice)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes
