A little Asian-inspired to taste with a good glass of white wine, the Nippon Toast are ideal for appetizer time and drinks with friends.

Ingredients

Yield: a dozen mini toast

200 g peeled shrimp
(Even frozen are fine)
100 g of cottage cheese creamy
a pinch of ginger
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon white wine
salt and pepper
butter
pancarrè
sesame seeds
