The pesto, with the heat will fit in well with the pasta and, if necessary, add a drizzle of olive oil to complete the whole. You can decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes cut in half and fresh rocket leaves.

30 g unsalted pistachios
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove of garlic
20 g of fresh basil
2 tablespoons Parmesan
(Or 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese cuchiaio + 1)
