½ cube fresh yeast (21 grams) or 1 packet dry yeast (7 grams)
25 grams Crystal Sugar
2-3 drops Vanilla Essence
2-3 drops Lemon Essence
1 Egg
40 grams molten Butter
125 milliliter lukewarm milk

For the Filling:
80 milliliter milk
2 Tablespoon Honey
160 grams ground Hazelnuts


Butter for the mold and for the Buchtel topping
Flour for the forming of the dough
powdered Sugar for the topping
