2-3 tablespoons sugar depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon orange juice (optional)

2 Cups Self Rising Flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter – softened
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 Tablespoon orange zest divided
