40 grams Flax Seeds
50 grams Walnuts
70 grams roasted Peanuts
50 grams scraped Coconut
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
70 grams Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Milk powder
50 grams Raisins
60 grams Dates
5 Tablespoons Honey
200 milliliter hot Water
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil for greasing the mold
