Freshingly fabulous for hot days.


3 cups (12 ounces or 340 g) fresh or frozen cranberries, washed
2 cups (500 ml) water
1 1/4 cup (250 g) superfine or caster sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 strips of orange peel (make sure there is no white pit)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
