pinch or two of nutmeg
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups fresh spinach, rough chopped
1 cup smoked gouda cheese, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Bechamel sauce:
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon sweet or smoked ground paprika
1 egg, beaten
For assembly:
4 tablespoons butter, melted (plus more if needed)
