Cookie bottom:
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix (I like the ones with pudding in the mix the best)
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs

Peppermint Frosting:
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 Tablespoons milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Chocolate Topping:
2 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter
